Duties:

• Assist with patient care activities, bathing, dressing, feeding, and ambulation.
• Perform basic nursing procedures under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assist with patient assessments and document observations accurately.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Provide support to patients and their families during difficult times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited nursing assistant program or HHA
• Current certification as a nursing assistant or HHA in the state of [Location].
• Experience with electronic health record systems, such as eClinicalWorks.
• Ability to lift and move patients safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures, such as gastric lavage and suturing, is a plus.
• Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) is preferred.
