Responsibilities include:

Helping clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Assisting with mobility and safe transfers (bed, wheelchair, walker, etc.) Offering companionship and emotional support Performing light housekeeping duties (laundry, tidying, changing bed linens) Preparing basic meals and assisting with feeding when needed Accompanying clients to appointments or assisting with errands Providing medication reminders (non-clinical) Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ physical or mental condition Following individualized care plans Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Documenting care provided and hours worked accurately

Qualifications:

HHA certification required Prior experience with seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong communication skills in English Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. CPR/First Aid certification preferred Willing to undergo a background check Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor Flexible availability, including days, evenings, nights, or weekends
