REQUIRED

• Responsibilities
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals while considering dietary restrictions
• Monitor and record vital signs to track the client’s health status
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Implement memory care techniques for clients with cognitive impairments
• Familiarity with medical terminology and medical records systems
• Specialized care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease
• Support clients in their home community care needs Skills
• Proficient in caregiving techniques and practices
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to handle medical records systems effectively
• Competent in taking vital signs accurately
• Experience in memory care and dementia-specific care
• Strong understanding of activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic and patient demeanor to provide compassionate care
• Must be experienced and comfortable with Hoyer lifts
