Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities. Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions. Administer medications as directed and maintain accurate records. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times. Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and ensure a safe environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in direct support or a related field preferred but not required. Ability to work 10:30 PM to 9:00 AM shift. Availability to work two (2) weekends out of every month. Compassionate, patient, and reliable individual with excellent communication skills.
