Position OverviewWe’re looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team as a 1099 contractor. In this role, you’ll help patients regain independence by delivering hands-on therapeutic care and practical strategies that improve daily functioning. What You’ll Do Deliver prescribed OT interventions to support ADLs, mobility, and safety Use adaptive equipment and assistive techniques to promote independence Educate patients and caregivers on home safety, energy conservation, and functional skills Collaborate closely with the supervising OT and care team Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and on time Qualifications Current COTA certification and NBCOT registration in good standing 1+ year of experience (home health preferred) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Self-motivated with strong time management and communication skills Why Join Axiom Rehab Flexible Schedule
