Monitor and document patient health and behavior, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring hygiene standards are met. Assist with mobility and transportation needs, fostering independence and comfort. Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to create and implement personalized care plans. Qualifications Knowledge of first aid and emergency response Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Experience/Training in home and community care settings Familiarity with cleaning and maintaining a safe environment Strong observational skills for patient monitoring
