Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Support meal delivery and assist with feeding while ensuring dietary needs are followed. Monitor and report changes in client conditions to the nursing team. Maintain accurate care documentation according to company policies. Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and their families. Follow infection control procedures and maintain cleanliness in client areas.
