The ideal candidate will have experience in home care, and working with individuals using walker and wheelchair for ambulation. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for our client by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence. Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks as necessary. Assist in medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed health plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs. Qualifications Previous experience in home care is preferred. Knowledge of medical documentation practices and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information. Experience working with individuals with physical disabilities is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Ability to perform basic housekeeping tasks while maintaining a clean environment for clients. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
