Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide assistance with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Monitor and report changes in client’s health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals

• Skills:

• Experience in meal preparation and cooking for individuals with specific dietary requirements
• Knowledge of tube feeding procedures and protocols
• Familiarity with medical records management and documentation
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely using proper body mechanics
• Understanding of memory care techniques for clients with cognitive impairments
• Proficiency in providing care in nursing home or home care settings
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
