Home Health Aide CeeQun Inc DeLand, FL 32720 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. Support clients in engaging with their community through social activities and outings. Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to all regulatory guidelines. Experience Previous experience in home health care, senior care, or assisted living environments is preferred. Knowledge of CPR and first aid is a plus. Familiarity with patient observation techniques and medical documentation practices is essential. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are required.
