This role is vital in delivering personalized care in various settings, including home care, group homes, and memory care facilities. Duties As a Personal Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of residents. Administering medication as prescribed and monitoring clients’ health status. Supporting individuals with dementia care and memory care strategies to promote cognitive engagement. Ensuring the safety and comfort of residents by maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
