Shift:

Friday 2p

• Sunday 2pWeekends 72-hours shifts Salary Community Living Arrangement (CLA) Group Home for three young men, to support them in focusing on their Independence and Community Integration. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Medication Management
• Advocacy and Communication, including exceptional patience and listening skills
• Address individuals’ needs with respect and attention to safety
• Assisting with

Daily Living Skills:

but not limited to, bathing, grooming, dressing, simple meal preparation planning, and grocery shopping

• Creating a Safe, Clean, and Supportive Environment
• Promoting Skills and Learning
• Documentation and Record Keeping on unusual incidents or challenging behavior
• Transporting individuals to and from appointments, community activities, etc.

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required (training will be provided).
• Empathetic and compassionate nature.
• Ability to work independently as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check.
• 7 Years MVR
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
