Job Description

PCA Personal Care Assistant Agape Family Health Care Services Inc Fayetteville, GA 30214 PCA Job Opportunity Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in memory care, dementia care, and senior care and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This role requires patience, attentiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility to effectively monitor and respond to the needs of those under their care.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday – 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM Key Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance , including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and report any concerns. Assist with mobility and transportation as needed. Engage residents in social and cognitive activities to promote well-being. Ensure that residents’ rights are upheld and respected at all times. Implement memory care strategies tailored to individual needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents. Document observations and report any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel. Requirements CPR and First Aid Certification Ability to pass a strict criminal background check Updated TB report Preferred Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and best care practices. Experience in memory care, dementia care, and senior care is highly desirable. Ability to observe, assess, and respond to residents’ needs effectively. Familiarity with resident rights and direct support principles . Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and team members. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
