She has 2p Partial Trisomy Syndrome, autism, and epilepsy and requires full assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) .

Nonverbal , uses an AAC device

Continence:

Incontinent , requires assistance with toileting

Diet & Medication:

Eats a regular diet and takes medications by mouth
