Personal Care Assistant/Home Health Aide Jobeey Home Care Services Snellville, GA 30078

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients in their home, assisting with activities of daily living
• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Monitor and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including safely lifting and positioning patients
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate medical documentation

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or equivalent training/experience
• Previous experience in home healthcare or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or patient needs
