Your compassionate care and support will help clients maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. This position requires a dedicated individual who is skilled in providing personalized care to seniors and those with disabilities. Duties Must be comfortable working with clients with developmental disabilities. Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor patients’ health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals. Assist clients with mobility and transfers, if needed. Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs. Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Administer first aid as needed and ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in patient care, senior care, or home care is preferred. Ability to monitor patients effectively and recognize changes in their condition. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
