Shift Need:
Saturday & Sunday Nights 8:00 pm-8:00 am; Two Weeknights 12:00 am-8:00 am The individual in this role will serve as a Direct Service Provider of the Residential Treatment Facility. Direct Support Staff will maintain the safety and security of residents and staff on assigned shift. Staff will respond promptly and professionally to emergencies. Staff will monitor residents and their children’s activities. Staff is responsible for making sure residents adhere to their daily schedules. Transporting individuals served is a requirement.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Valid unrestricted Georgia Driver’s License, CPR and First Aid Certification. Experience working with individuals with Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Disorders. Must be computer literate.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
