Enact and Benchmark Human Services (Benchmark) collaborate to runcrisis support homes for adults with Intellectual and DevelopmentalDisabilities (IDD) in Augusta, GA. Responsibilities Include:
Participate as part of an interdisciplinary team in thedevelopment and implementation of each client’s individualplans. Provide transportation to clients for daily activities and toand from Crisis Support Home Plan and participate directly in recreational, therapeutic, andtraining activities of the clients. Provide positive behavioral supports according to individualBSPs and respond to emergency situations as trained. Monitor the general well-being of the clients served byimplementing health care protocols and administeringmedications. Follow food management policies and assists clients inpreparing nutritious meals according to the menu. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Valid auto insurance and driver’s license. Some college preferred. Some experience working with individuals with developmentaldisabilities or behavioralBenchmark Human Services is an EOE/AAPEmployer.
