• Help with meal preparation and feeding
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Engage in meaningful activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ physical or mental health to the appropriate healthcare professionals
