DSW Needed in the Lafayette area for a lady Share Care USA Lafayette, LA 70501 Job description Share Care USA is seeking fun & professional individuals with a passion for caring for people with disabilities in the Lafayette area!
Requirements:
- Staff must have a valid Driver’s License and an insured & registered vehicle they drive.
- Job tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting clients with daily needs like: assisting the client with meal prep, dressing the client ,bathing the client, assisting the client with toileting, light house keeping for the client, and accompanying clients to doctor’s appointments.
- Completing time sheets and progress notes accurately and on time.
- Medication reminders.
- Arrive on time at client’s home.
- Attend team meetings as scheduled.
- Complete training hours as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the client supervisor.
- Follow Share Care USA policies and procedures.
- Follow Plan of Care of client as requested.
- Being a positive role model for all clients.
Need someone who is outgoing and loves to have conversations. Someone who is understanding when it comes to mental health and anxiety.
