• Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers indirectly supporting students with developmental and intellectualdisabilities.
• Aid students with hands-on Activities of Daily Living(ADLs) as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Monitor,document, and report student progress and behaviors.
• Implementindividualized support plans and behavioral interventions as directed.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.## Job Requirements
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges anddevelopmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred.
• Preferred butnot required: MAP & SafetyCare (QBS) training.
• Compassionate, patient,and dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Must beable to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation isrequired
