Job Description
Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide for the Cambridge area to assist with our client who is in need of support and companionship.
Shifts Available:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am-12pm
Job Description:
Assist with the Activities of Living, personal careAssist with light housekeepingEncourage walking, exercisingProviding stimulating conversationActivitiesPossible transportation to doctor’s appointments, shopping, etc.
Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlanCompetently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphoneHome Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
