Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide medication administration as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Help with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals for clients. Support clients with mobility assistance and lifting when necessary. Maintain accurate medical records and report any changes in client conditions to supervisors. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being.
