Home Health Aide:

Personal Care Assistance:

Help clients with daily hygiene tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral care.

Companionship and Emotional Support:

Offer social interaction and companionship, bringing joy and comfort to clients.

Meal Preparation & Nutritional Support:

Assist with meal prep, feeding, and grocery shopping while adhering to clients’ dietary needs.

Household Management:

Ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for clients.

Health Observation & Reporting:

Monitor client’s physical and mental well-being, documenting and reporting significant changes to the care team.

Mobility Assistance:

Safely assist clients with movement and transfers.

Health Practices Reinforcement:

Provide guidance to clients and families to reinforce positive health habits and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
