Summary As a Caregiver at Nova Leap Health, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Located in Worcester, MA, this position involves providing compassionate support and assistance to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Prepare nutritious meals according to individual dietary needs. Implement care plans tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life. Monitor and document clients’ health status and report any changes to the management team. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality. Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment. Requirements Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred. Knowledge of patient care techniques and procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse populations.
