Summary:

This is a per diem position.

The Home Health Assistant role, under the direction of a licensed registered nurse, provides hands-on personal care to clients in their home, providing services which are needed to maintain the client’s health or to facilitate treatment of the client’s illness or injury.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred; Must be 18 years of age or older.

License/Certifications:

Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.

Experience:

Prior home care experience preferred.
