SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
Coastal Opportunities, an agency providing services to adults with intellectual disabilities for over 50 years, is accepting applications for DSPs in our group homes in the Rockland area. Staff works with the residents in a home environment, assisting them with self-care and home care skills, while promoting independence and choice.
Responsibilities :
Staff assists residents to increase their skills in the areas of personal care, household tasks, communication, and health and safety. Staff administers medications, facilitates choice making, socialization and community engagement. Staff will document supports provided during the shift. This position requires patience and compassion, while working as part of a team to enrich the lives of our residents. We assist you to obtain your DSP, CRMA and any other required trainings.
Pay Rate :
$18.31 +/hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
