- Supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals
- Assisting individuals with community integration and finding natural supports
- Supporting individuals to research, schedule and budget activities and events
- Assisting individuals to maintain their independence in their homes and communities
- Maintaining health and safety while adhering to Living Innovations policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state issued drivers license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration
- Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
- Certifications will vary per state regulation and program needs.
