Direct Support Professional – Perryville Overnights Grace Reliant Health Services LLC-1 Perryville, MO 63775 • Hybrid work Grace Reliant’s growing Residential Services team is looking to invite a full-time and/or part-time overnight Direct Support Professional to empower individuals with customized support in their own homes in a way that aligns with the heart of Grace Reliant. We exist to help people to live more complete and independent lives. In this role, you will foster independence while providing necessary living assistance and skill development. We are currently looking for compassionate staff to assist individuals requiring personal aide services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes. Assist clients according to their Individualized Service Plan (ISP), ensuring their unique needs and goals are met. Help clients with daily tasks such as shopping, cleaning, cooking, and personal hygiene to promote independence and well-being. Provide personal care including toileting, bathing, dressing and some medical care administration Safely transport clients to appointments, classes, and community activities, supporting their engagement and participation in our community. Offer encouragement and companionship, fostering a positive and supportive environment for clients.

Requirements:
