What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll support service users in a small residential home by:
- Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting residents with their daily routines and activities
- Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment
- Working collaboratively with other care staff and healthcare professionals
- Accurately documenting care and following individual care plans
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have: ? NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience)
? Recent experience in a care home, residential, or supported living setting
? Good communication and teamwork skills
