Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Care Professionals. As a Support Care Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs. Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Assist with transportation needs, including driving individuals to appointments or community activities
- Implement care plans and follow established protocols
- Monitor and document vital signs and other health-related information
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in your care
