Home Care Aide Divine Favor Home Care Agency Graham, NC 27253 We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Care Aides to join our team at Divine Favor Home Care Agency. In this role, you will provide non-medical, in-home support to clients who need assistance with daily living activities. Your care and presence will help clients maintain independence and dignity while remaining safe and comfortable in their own homes. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing Provide companionship and emotional support Help with light housekeeping (e.g., laundry, dishes, vacuuming) Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Offer medication reminders (no administration) Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises Run errands and provide transportation to appointments (as needed) Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors Maintain accurate care logs and documentation Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification is a plus Must pass background check and provide references Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others Benefits Flexible scheduling Supportive and team-oriented environment Ongoing training and development Opportunity to grow within a meaningful career
