• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team. The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) will provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

• Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and assistance to individuals requiring support Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary requirements are met Help individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities Offer compassionate care and emotional support to seniors and individuals in need Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment Lift and assist individuals as necessary to ensure their comfort and safety •

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/caregiving, home care, or related fields Knowledge of first aid procedures and basic caregiving principles Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature Certification or training in relevant areas such as First Aid or Senior Care is a plus This position provides a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those you care for while gaining valuable experience in the field of caregiving.
