Responsibilities:

• Take care of clients one on one in the comfort of their homes.
• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
• Help with light meal preparation and feeding
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report any changes in client’s condition to the supervisor
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a personal care assistant or similar role is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
• Empathy and compassion for individuals requiring personal care assistance
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

$19.00
