Job Description
Home Management Assistant County of Dare Manteo, NC 27954 JOB Performs human support work providing in-home services to senior citizens and the disabled, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the assigned supervisor.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Provides clients with all needed home management tasks.
Ensures clients’ safety and well-being. Transports clients to appointments and essential errands.
Communicates changes to supervisor, social workers, and nurses.
Completes timesheets, day sheets, and vehicle logs.
Performs other assigned duties.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
High school diploma or equivalent.
Moderate experience providing services to clients and working with the elderly and/or disabled or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
Valid driver’s license.
