Renewed Beginnings Group Homes is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. We are hiring for all shifts— evening, overnight, and weekend —to provide care and support to youth with developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health diagnoses in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care, supervision, and support to clients in daily living activities Assist with hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies Maintain a safe, clean, and structured environment Monitor and document client behavior, progress, and incidents in accordance with agency policies Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development Ensure dignity, respect, and inclusion of each client in all activities

2nd
Shift:
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd Shift (Overnight): 11:00 PM – 7:00
AM Weekends and On-Call Shifts Available Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Experience working with individuals with IDD, autism, or behavioral challenges preferred Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required training CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
