Monday-Wednesday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Thursday-Friday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM A Caring Heart Case Management is seeking a dependable, compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support one of our adult male consumers in the Enfield area , assisting with transportation and participation in our Rocky Mount Day Program .
About This Position:
You will work one-on-one with a 21-year-old male who enjoys engaging in structured activities, socializing, and participating in community outings. He communicates primarily through repeating spoken words (echolalia), responds well to routines, and may occasionally need redirection or prompts for personal care. He is cooperative, enjoys being around others, and thrives in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily transportation from the consumer’s home in Enfield to the Rocky Mount Day Program, and back home. Support participation in daily programming and scheduled community service hours. Assist with structured routines and activity engagement. Offer verbal prompts and supervision for hygiene or other daily living skills as needed. Ensure safety, dignity, and respect in all interactions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience Reliable transportation with up-to-date registration and insurance Must pass background and reference checks Strong work ethic, reliability, and compassion for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

Monday-Wednesday:
8:00 AM – 5:00
PM Thursday-Friday:
9:00 AM – 3:00
PM Starting Pay:
