Job Description

We are actively seeking Caregivers/DSP’s to provide Community Living & Supports, Supported Employment, Day Support, and Supported Living Services. Part-time and full-time schedules are available. We currently have openings with clients in the following areas: + Mooresville, NC + Davidson, NC + Troutman, NC +
Statesville, NC Responsibilities/Qualifications:
+ Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realms + Assist client participation in leisure/recreational activities + Maintain a schedule of services/activities in a treatment plan and report on status of health and safety objectives + Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to family or primary caregiver + Complete and submit documentation and payroll data according to scheduled deadlines + Complete initial and ongoing training and staff development activities + Ability to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities + Ability to work independently in the community and/or the client’s home + Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary, based on individual client needs + Passion and experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) is preferred
Requirements:
+ Must be at least 18 years old + High School Diploma or equivalent + Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation + Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks + Lifting may be required depending on individual client needs + CPR/First Aid Certification Training is provided by company

Signing Bonus Details:
