Role:

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide community networking services for an individual with intellectual disabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual’s needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.

Responsibilities:

Provide support with daily living activities. Assist clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals. Facilitate community engagement and social interactions. Ensure a safe and supportive home environment. Collaborate with families and professionals to coordinate care. Document client progress and report incidents as needed. Advocate for client needs and maintain a respectful atmosphere.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Ability to pass a background check. Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
