Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team for the evening/overnight shift. You will provide compassionate care and support to teens with disabilities aged 13-17 years old, helping them achieve their daily goals and enhance their quality of life. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities Implement care plans and programs Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of teens during evening and overnight hours Promote independence and community involvement Provide support during nighttime routines and emergencies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills
