About You:
- Overall objective is to assist the owner as needed and learn all aspects of the business, starting with general administrative tasks and scheduling, along with hiring and managing caregivers, to eventually step into Operations Management.
The ideal candidate is an innovative team player, able to express opinions, adding value quickly, and must be interested in learning how to run a business that entails helping others. Must be a willing and quick learner, that communicates well and is organized, efficient, reliable, punctual and trustworthy.

Initial Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Deterring sales/spam calls
- Addressing what is in scope of control which is expected to grow as learning increases
- Passing on pertinent infoCaregiver Interview, Hiring and Onboarding Assistance
- Posting positions via Indeed and the ATS currently in use
- Screening and initial interviewing of candidates
- Applicant documentation preparation
- Scheduling and co-managing hiring/onboarding activities (individual and group hiring events to include background checks, drug testing and I9 completion
- Chasing and maintaining documentation/caregiver files ensuing NC state and payor requirements are up to date.
Orientation planning and facilitation
- Scheduling Room, sending out Caregiver and Nurse calendar invites, and assisting during orientations as neededScheduling
- Caregiver/Client shift scheduling
- Scheduling replacement caregivers as needed
- Scheduling owner and RN assessments and reassessments as needed
- Daily/weekly shift verification ensuring clock in/clock out, ADLs and notes are complete for each shift
- Working with caregivers to address shift documentation questions/concerns resolution.

Qualifications:
Minimum requirement of a high school or general education diplomaValid drivers license and reliable transportationComputer proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new applications to support the business as needed[]{sty=””}
