Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Note:

Candidates must speak Spanish language

Work Hours:

5:00 PM to 7:00

PM Duties:

• Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Administer medication under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and assistive devices
• Support patients in maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Assist with behavior management techniques for patients with challenging behaviors
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

Requirements:

• The candidate must speak Spanish language
• Ability to provide direct support to individuals with diverse needs and abilities
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
