Full Job Description Duties:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers
• Collect specimens for testing and perform basic laboratory procedures
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe patient environment
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems such as eClinicalWorks or Cerner is a plus
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques is desirable
• Experience in sterile processing or knowledge of sterile techniques is beneficial
• Ability to perform gastric lavage and airway management procedures is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
