Provide catheter care and assist with personal hygiene needs of residents. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of medication administration. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Assist in home care settings, providing support to patients in their daily activities. Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory guidelines regarding patient care. Skills Proficient in acute care practices and understanding of medical terminology. Experience in administering medications and familiarity with medication systems. Strong knowledge of vital signs monitoring techniques. Ability to provide catheter care with respect for patient dignity. Experience in senior care and working with individuals with disabilities.
