Role:
We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential care team. In this role, you’ll support adults with disabilities in their homes, helping with daily activities, encouraging independence, and building meaningful connections. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team to create a safe, supportive environment where every person can thrive and reach their goals.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with daily living tasks like meals, hygiene, and medication reminders Support personalized care plans and celebrate milestones and progress Organize fun activities that build skills and boost community involvement Help keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming Offer emotional support, encouragement, and a listening ear
What You Bring:
A high school diploma or GED Reliable transportation to Roxboro, NC Ability to pass background checks and screenings Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills A team mindset and a heart for service
