In this role, you will provide essential support to clients, assisting them with daily activities and enhancing their quality of life. Your contributions will play a vital role in our mission to deliver personalized care. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status to the healthcare team. Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Support clients with mobility and transportation needs. Document care provided and maintain accurate records. Requirements Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care. Basic understanding of geriatric care principles is an advantage.
