Client located in Rockingham County area and to be considered you must attend Orientation at our office located in Greensboro, NC. 3 days a week To be considered, please complete Pre-Application on our website www.goodtimeshomehealthcare.com. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being. Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed health plans. Implement behavior management strategies as needed to support clients’ needs effectively. Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior to the supervising staff. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving, social work, or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus. Updated TB Skin Test Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others are essential traits. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a group home or similar setting. Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
