Position Summary:
Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated temporary Day Program DSP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with disabilities and a strong understanding of behavioral support. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our members.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in a day program setting. Implement individualized support plans, including behavioral interventions and ABA techniques. Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration. Facilitate recreational and leisure activities. Transport members to and from appointments and outings. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a day program setting. Strong understanding of behavioral support and ABA principles. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Schedule:
Day Shift, Contract 30-35 hours per week
