We are a locally owned and rapidly growing home care agency in Johnston County seeking a full-time Assistant to the Business Manager to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
Recruiting and hiring compassionate caregivers Managing payor authorizations and ensuring they are up to date Reviewing and verifying documentation for accuracy and compliance Providing excellent customer service to clients, families, and partners Supporting the Business Manager with miscellaneous tasks and projects
Qualifications:
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel is required Comfortable and professional on the phone with people from all backgrounds Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Reliable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow with the company Prior office or home care experience is a plus, but not required
