We are actively seeking Caregivers/DSP’s to provide Community Living & Supports, Supported Employment, Day Support, and Supported Living Services. Part-time and full-time hours are available. Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realms Assist client participation in leisure/recreational activities Maintain a schedule of services/activities in a treatment plan and report on status of health and safety objectives Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to family or primary caregiver Complete and submit documentation and payroll data according to scheduled deadlines Complete initial and ongoing training and staff development activities Ability to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities Ability to work independently in the community and/or the client’s home Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary, based on individual client needs Passion and experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) is preferred

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks Lifting may be required depending on individual client needs CPR/First Aid Certification Training is provided by company

Signing Bonus Details:
